With over forty years of parish leadership in family, pastoral, program and resource congregations, I bring a wealth of experience and insight to bear on the leadership I provide to congregations in need of new perspective.

My particular talent is to help the leadership focus on their vision for ministry. Some of the workshops I offer include Vision Development, Long-Range Planning, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Planning Days, Leadership Training, Maintenance to Mission, Budgetary Priority Setting, Small Group Development, Effective Communications, Mutual Ministry Reviews, and Biblical approaches to the complexities of emotionally charged social issues.
